Our supply chain team is the backbone of our operational efficiency. The updated Primark business strategy called “Primark 2030 – The Next Chapter” has significant ambitions over the next 6 years focussing on colleagues, customers, cost, planet, suppliers and evolving regulatory landscape. To enable the delivery of this strategy, organisational processes, and efficiencies we are moving into a new global supply chain execution and visibility platform. This role is critical to the success of the supply chain transformation initiative and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization’s global supply chain operations. The role will involve engaging and aligning stakeholders across suppliers, internal departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Depots), freight managers, buyers, and 3rd parties to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work across complex, cross-functional teams within retail - supply chain and logistics.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop a detailed change management plan aligned with the project goals, focusing on user adoption, process alignment, and cultural change.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key groups impacted by the change and design tailored engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with supply chain suppliers, freight managers, buyers, finance teams, and depots to identify potential resistance and foster alignment.
  • Design and execute a communication strategy to inform stakeholders about the project objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Work with process owners to ensure that workflows are redesigned effectively and align with the new system capabilities.
  • Partner collaboratively with P&C, L&D, Comms team, business operations, Central supply chain, Technology (& others) to ensure alignment to Primark standards & change requirements across communications, operational training, and delivery.

  • At least 5+ years of experience in change management within large, cross-functional projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale change initiatives, preferably in supply chain or logistics contexts.
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing risks and issues.
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems, particularly critical path systems or global supply chain execution and visibility tool
