Description The E80 Warehouse Operator assists in running a large cGMP warehouse for pharmaceutical manufacturing. They are responsible for warehouse operations including overseeing receipt and storage of all inbound goods and manufactured product, Laser Guided Vehicle Operations, servicing packaging and filling lines, and maintaining inventory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Warehouse Operator I- Ability to think one step ahead, quality focused. Stock and monitor all inventory: General supplies, WIPS, components, finished goods as required for Operations. Loading and unloading trucks and trailers. Utilize forklift, pallet jack, and related machinery and equipment to move goods Use customized software for warehouse and automated fork lifts. Resupply departments with finished goods/products/inventory Support inbound/outbound shipping and logistics department Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Working overtime as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned or apparent. Utilize PIMS and the E80 Client System to perform basic warehouse functions. Ability to utilize and troubleshoot Laser Guided Vehicles safely and effectively. Warehouse Operator II· Verifies product inventory reports from PIMS by comparing logs, reports, adjusting entries as needed. Use customized inventory system to receive goods, assist purchasing with cycle count, and report discrepancies as necessary. Conducts physical inventories for department supplies. Organizes unloading of non-serialized supplies, components, and other incoming deliveries Coordinates all delivery through common carriers. Inspects all packages and verifies with packing list, notifies purchase requestor thru email and updates final delivery or partial delivery in Nephron PIMS. Ensures components and non-serialized supplies are accurately documented, inventoried and stored Supports Operations, Packaging, Procurement, Accounting, Shipping/Logistics and other departments as needed. Assists in initial training of new employees. All duties as specified in Warehouse Operator I Warehouse Operator III Responsible for maintaining effective communication with production team, sales team, and management. Oversees warehouse shipping functions for the purpose of providing efficient operations. Monitors and trends shift performances, provides feedback to management. Performs Quarterly Component Inventory Reconciliation Maintains an exceptional command of Warehouse ERP systems. Responsible for initial training of new employees. All duties as specified in Warehouse Operator I & II Requirements Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with warehouse inventory and LGV management systems. Experience in forklift operation Computer skills required including Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Warehouse ERP systems. Specific expertise, skills and knowledge within warehousing gained through education and experience. Ability to multi-task and work independently; to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently even when under pressure or time constraint and follow-through to completion. Ability to use customized inventory management system to process orders. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and other duties as assigned by management. Ability to interact with all levels of management. The individual will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Background in warehousing and inventory management preferred. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: This position requires bending, typing, lifting (up to 40 1bs.), standing, sitting, hearing, reaching, vision (20/20) and walking throughout the facility. Requires operation of pallet jacks and driving forklifts.
