SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A high level of proficiency in the MS Office suite and a strong understanding of wider IT systems and applications, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with the experience to support the CE and senior leadership team on a journey of continued success. In this role, you will;

  • Provide executive administration support to the Chief Executive and wider leadership team across the complexity of diverse operations.
  • Support Board activities from the compilation and dissemination of Board packs to the minuting of meetings and oversight of actions arising.
  • Organise forums and events, creating presentations, content, and collateral to support the effective internal communication of strategic and business-wide matters.
  • Take responsibility for business support operations, liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers to maintain efficiencies and critical outputs.
  • Undertake project management activities on key initiatives, improvements and programmes of work.
