ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a licensed CPA or EA with 5+ years of experience to take on a hybrid role: part senior-level tax preparer, part internal team mentor, and part client-facing strategist. You’ll lead tax prep, advise clients, and support accounting teammates. This is an on-site position with flexible start/end times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and file returns: Individual, Corporate, Trust, and Net Profits
• Train and advise the accounting team
• Client reviews, financials, journal entries, asset adjustments, and notice resolution
• Collaborate on client strategy: estimating, tax planning, and scenarios
• Participate in onboarding, QuickBooks conversions, and light bookkeeping
• Assist with audits, payroll tax filings, W2s, 1099s, and sales and tangible tax prep
• Use AI tools to analyze financials and enhance planning
