BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally. Job Description 1. Departmental Support & Coordination: - Administrative & Operational Assistance: Support daily department operations, including onboarding/offboarding processes for new hires joiner (account, accessories, PC arrangement, etc.). Manage department data (employee list, org chart, borrowed resource list, overtime data, newcomer & exit list, Bosch Global Net). Be a central point for information. - Support to Department Head: Provide direct administrative support to the Department Head: scheduling meetings and assisting with ad-hoc and arising requests. - Meeting & Event Logistics: Organize and prepare for meetings, workshops, and internal events, including content creation and logistical arrangements. - Properties Management: Manage department accessories, properties, and storage. - Visit Management: Coordinate arrangements for incoming and outgoing visit (welcome, visa support, farewell). - Documentation & Processes: Assist in maintaining and updating department internal processes and guidelines. - Procurement & Financial Follow-up: Handle purchasing tasks (contacting vendor, requesting quotation, ordering, receiving) and manage payment follow-ups. - Data & Planning Management: Manage department data on company dashboards and tools. 2. Communication & Collaboration: Internal Engagement: Contribute ideas to department events and activities. Information Flow: Act as a coordinator to transfer information between company level and associates. Coordinate associate benefits and gifts. Qualifications 3rd – 4th year student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality or related fields. Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory). Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week for 6 months internship. Good English skills (especially Speaking and Writing). Good at communication, time management and teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power point, Excel, etc.). Dynamic, accuracy, well-organized, and supportive. Have ability of problem-solving skill.
