Description JOB SUMMARY Project Manager is responsible for securing and managing product inventory required for all EAC projects/jobs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions Strong ability to interpret and process data Strong process improvement skills. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Frequently required to sit, bend and reach Frequently required to type, process information and use fine finger manipulation Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust and focus Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch JOB FUNCTIONS Manage project schedules Assist sales team in pre-contract pricing Place purchase orders associated with a project/job and handle quote request Manage purchase order activity and coordination Enter sales orders and invoices into ERP system Process Account Payable invoices Schedule product deliveries Assist in management of product inventory Main contact when coordinating flow of product to jobsite with 3rd party installers Main contact with General Contractor support team Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Ability to manage cross-functional teams Ability to deal with problems involving variables in a variety of situations Ability to read, interpret, & understand architectural drawings and specifications Self-starter who can prioritize workload with minimum supervision EDUCATION High School diploma Strong computer skillsets and working knowledge of ERP system Ability to use intermediate math calculations
