Job Responsibilities: Magna Eagle Bend Manufacturing is a leading automotive manufacturer dedicated to delivering our clients high-quality products and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking talented and motivated production workers. Who we are looking for: Preferred candidates will be individuals who can work on their feet for extended periods, are willing to work overtime and weekends as needed, and are adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment. Available Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 - 10:30 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:30 pm - 6:30 am) Pay: $20.75 - $21.49 an hour - this includes $1.00 differential Responsibilities: Perform basic assembly of components and sub-assemblies Operate resistance spot weld machines or laser machines Assist Hot Stamp Operator with set-up and operation of hot stamp lines Perform basic safety inspections on equipment and record data Complete SPC (Statistical Process Control) checks and charts as required Follow instructions to ensure accurate production Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols Skills: Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines Able to work in a warm environment during summer time Strong attention to detail and quality control Experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred Ability to understand verbal work instructions provided in English Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
