We are looking for a new EAL Learning Support Assistant!

At Darwen Aldridge Community Academy, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic EAL Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team.

The aim of this rewarding position will be to support students who speak English as an Additional Language (EAL), helping them to:

  • Access the curriculum with confidence
  • Build their English language skills
  • Feel fully included in all aspects of school life

You we’ll work closely with class teachers, the EAL coordinator, and other support staff to provide tailored help—whether that’s in the classroom, small groups, or one-on-one sessions.
