About the job

• Business Analyst DACH TasksProvide temporary analytical and operational support to the DACH organization, ensuring business continuity during a period of long-term team absence.
• Manage sales administration processes, including pricing set-ups, rebates, discounts, credit notes, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update Salesforce (SFDC) records and support commercial operations across the DACH region.
• Support financial planning and forecasting activities through the maintenance of sales trackers, reporting tools, and commercial performance analyses.
• Prepare and deliver monthly sell-in and sell-out reporting, including data validation, customer mapping, data uploads, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain and optimize business reporting solutions and dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely commercial insights.
• Manage SAP customer master data, pricing conditions, reporting structures, and related system updates.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Key Account Management, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to provide responsive operational support.
• Analyze commercial and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, supporting informed business decision-making.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate outputs while meeting recurring operational deadlines and business reporting requirements.

• QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Controlling, Financial Analysis, or a comparable role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling, and automation of recurring reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP is mandatory.
• Experience working with financial reporting, forecasting processes, pricing administration, and sales performance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Tableau dashboards, reporting, and data visualization is highly desirable.
