Description

The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Coordinator is responsible for the administration, performance, and ongoing optimization of LTD’s EAM system and its key integrations, including MaxQueue, Automated Fueling Solutions, ERP, CAD/AVL, and future EAM modules and connected platforms. Operating within the Information Technology department, this role serves as a critical bridge between system functionality, automation processes, daily operations, and reporting needs.
The EAM Coordinator partners with Fleet, Facilities, and Materials Management to ensure asset data, preventive maintenance schedules, and shop floor workflows are accurately represented and maintained within the system. The role also collaborates with Business Intelligence, the Data team, and Finance to support high-quality reporting, compliance tracking, and performance analytics that guide both tactical decisions and long-term planning. By maintaining system integrity and aligning cross-departmental use, this position supports both day-to-day operations and broader asset management goals across the agency.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job. Education and course work can substitute for years of experience. Typical qualifications would be:

Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in information technology, maintenance management, facility management, or a related field
  • Three (3) years of experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), ERP, or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); Trapeze EAM experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting system users, workflows, or reporting related to fleet, facilities, or other asset-intensive operations

Preferred:

  • Minimum 2 years in technical lead role or 5 years directly related to this position, department, and/or industry
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in an EAM or data-centric role, or two (2) years in a technical lead capacity
  • Strong foundational knowledge of IT systems and integration concepts
  • Understanding of maintenance, fleet, facilities, or materials management operations
  • Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse procedures
  • Experience participating in or supporting data governance and system integration initiatives
  • Hands-on experience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting reports using Crystal Reports and SQL within Trapeze EAM or similar platforms, including performance tuning, dataset validation, and report automation
