  • Engages appropriate engineering resources to effectively resolve technical issues as they arise within their Region of coverage.
  • Evaluates job site & job site conditions to develop technical analysis that supports conclusions for Cost per Ton & Cost per Hour recommendation to help Customers maximize their Return on Investment.
  • Provides guidance & support to Dealers & Customers to select the right Hauler for their project / job / site

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Level Extensive Experience:

  • Fosters strong customer relationships via delivery on commitments, open communication, and on-going feedback/improvement.
  • Anticipates customer needs, focusing efforts to proactively meet needs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Measures and observes customer satisfaction levels to ascertain and implement service improvement alternatives.

Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.

Level Extensive Experience:

  • Understands & advocates for the target market and how the product and services are sold and delivered.
  • Summarizes key features of major products or services in own unit.
  • Has working understanding of complementary loading tools and support equipment working with Haulers
