Job Description Join Syngenta as our Regional Production Manager for Large Seed Vegetable Roots & Bulbs and play a key role in delivering high-quality vegetable seeds across the EAME region. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to manage seed production operations worth ~$15m, working with a talented team of professionals and building strong partnerships with growers and suppliers across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. You'll be part of a global network, collaborating with colleagues in R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure we deliver the right seeds, at the right quality, quantity, time, and price to meet our customers' needs. Based in the region, you'll have the autonomy to shape production strategies while contributing to Syngenta's mission of helping feed the world sustainably. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire regional seed production teams across EAME Manage relationships with growers, suppliers, and production partners Develop and execute production plans that meet business goals Oversee budgets and investment plans to optimize costs and quality Drive continuous improvement in production processes and sustainability Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and solve challenges Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement Build team capability through coaching, development, and succession planning Support new product introductions and business growth initiatives Qualifications Degree in agriculture, business, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience leading teams and managing agricultural or production operations Knowledge of seed production, farming operations, or vendor management Strong business acumen with financial and analytical skills Fluent English with ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Results-driven mindset with customer focus Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving Experience driving change and continuous improvement Passion for agriculture and sustainable food production Additional Information What we offer: Extensive benefits package, dependent on country.
