Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical EAMS Engineer (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for roads operations and maintenance, ensuring efficient asset lifecycle management and data-driven decision-making. Implement, maintain, and optimize the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for roads operations and maintenance Analyze asset data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in roads infrastructure management Develop and maintain asset management plans, including lifecycle cost analysis and risk assessments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate asset data collection and reporting Utilize GIS software to map and visualize asset information for effective decision-making Implement best practices in asset management to maximize the lifespan and performance of road infrastructure Provide technical support and training to team members on EAMS usage and asset management processes Develop and maintain documentation for EAMS processes and procedures Participate in project management activities related to roads asset management initiatives Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in roads asset management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in roads asset management or related field Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) and their implementation Strong knowledge of roads operations and maintenance (O&M) processes Experience with GIS software and asset mapping Excellent data analysis and reporting skills Familiarity with asset lifecycle management principles and practices Strong project management skills Knowledge of transportation engineering and roads infrastructure Experience with asset management best practices and industry standards Professional certifications in asset management (e.g., CAMA, IAM) preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software tools
