Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our ECPs will provide a range of services to Hidden Hearing patients. These may include but will not be limited to:

  • Wax removal
  • Hearing screenings and referral to HAD for testing where appropriate
  • Patient service and support
  • Accurate assessment of clients to provide the best agreed solution to wax removal needs and subsequent management of ear health.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer care in line with HH expectations.
  • Comply with professional, legal and company expectations & requirements.
  • Maintain full and accurate patient records.
