Ability to collaborate with teachers and partner with parents. Understands that young children require a consistent, spiritual, safe, loving, and nurturing environment. Will partner with parents to raise children who have a heart for Christ as well as preparing them for success in future education. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Demonstrate an understanding of childhood development and behavior Promote a positive climate Keep accurate attendance records Support ideas and policies of the administration Establish and maintain rapport with parents and staff Reports to: Early Birds and Night Owls Director Additional Information: Schedule flexibility. Ability to create and execute an activity schedule for children by age group.
