Underwriting Division
AIG’s underwriters develop insurance solutions that address the exposures of companies and individuals, and embody AIG’s tradition of innovation, bringing to market ground breaking insurance solutions for our changing world. AIG’s underwriters help to find insurance solutions for risks from a range of areas, including aviation, environmental, catastrophic events, high net worth individuals, and boardroom liabilities. Responsible for handling new business and reviewing and renewing existing books of business, underwriters are fundamental in generating revenue for AIG. Underwriters are tasked with determining the risk of an insured, whether an individual, or company, and appropriately calculating the premium for the requested coverage.

AIG will be recruiting for 3 Underwriting Analysts to join our teams in Financial Lines, Casualty, and Property.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Minimum 2.1 degree classification
Pursuant of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduated in 2024 or in 2025.
