Our Environmental Services Group is currently looking for an Early Career -Environmental Due Diligence Services Tech to join the ENERCON Team with access to a major airport hub in the central United States. In this exciting role, you will lead Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and contribute to impactful projects, with a focus on large-scale wind and solar sites. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with ASTM, federal, state, and local regulations while analyzing environmental conditions and producing critical technical reports. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of renewable energy, with overnight travel across the US to deliver results and make a lasting impact.

WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES WILL I HAVE IN THIS ROLE? (INCLUDING BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

Environmental Site Assessments & Reporting: Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and other diverse projects as needed. Perform site assessments on large wind/solar sites and write technical reports in compliance with ASTM, federal, state, and local regulations

Analysis & Recommendations: Formulate independent conclusions about the presence of environmental conditions. Provide defensible recommendations and solutions, considering the impact on potential business transactions

Confidentiality & Travel: Maintain confidentiality regarding property and client-sensitive information. Travel, including overnight, throughout the US as needed
