As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) at GE Aerospace you will gain hands on experience across the most important elements of Aviation Operations including Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering and Maintenance and Repair Operations At GE Aerospace, you won’t just dream the future, you’ll help us build it. https://youtu.be/SE341LTPwQQ Essential Responsibilities: As an ECT Trainee at GE Aerospace, you will be assigned to support projects across the different functions on a rotational basis. As the traineeship progresses, the you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program, to be chosen based on business priorities at the time. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferably in Engineering Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry Desired Characteristics: Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with quantitative data from multiple sources. High attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and slide preparation. Effective communication skills, able to simplify complex data and craft clear, concise messages. Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably deliver on commitments. Knowledge of and/or passion for aviation and interest in the airline and aircraft leasing industry are strong pluses. Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and enquire Curiosity, learning mindset, and willingness to build understanding of aircraft lessors’ business models and priorities.
