• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Early Career P rogram C onsultants .
• Oversee the quarterly Agile planning and prioritisation process for our early career programs milestones across the Program Delivery Team .
• Ensure operational excellence in core processes for the Program Delivery Team .
• Identify and deliver process simplification opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Track and measure program effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Have a strong delivery mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines .
• Are skilled at analysing data to drive insights and improve outcome s .

• Have experience in delivering complex projects and change initiati ves .
