The team’s expertise spans medical, life insurance, voluntary benefits, pharmacy, absence and disability management, actuarial consulting, claims audits and more. We combine technical knowledge and data-driven insights with global reach to help our clients navigate the evolving benefits landscape. On this three to six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our work – you’ll help deliver it.

Responsibilities
Interns will assist colleagues with administrative processes like Benefit Digest creation, RFP consolidation, and coordinating with clients or insurers for required information. Responsibilities also include monitoring AMLA/KYC requirements, uploading and quality checking evidence documents, and maintaining accurate submission trackers.
