Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com We transform together | Turner & Townsend Job Description We’re looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Early Careers Recruitment Administrator to support the delivery of a smooth and engaging recruitment and onboarding experience for our early careers candidates. This role is central to ensuring everything runs efficiently from initial candidate contact through to onboarding. Candidate Support: Respond to queries from candidates via phone and email, providing helpful and timely information at every stage of the recruitment journey. Inbox Management: Monitor and manage several shared inboxes, ensuring all general enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Internal Web Updates: Keep our internal recruitment pages up to date with accurate and relevant information. Data Management: Maintain accurate records across our recruitment systems, supporting reporting and compliance. Expenses Processing: Handle candidate expense claims, ensuring they are processed correctly and on time. Event Coordination: Manage the recruitment and development events calendar, including scheduling assessment days and inviting assessors. ATS Updates: Keep candidate statuses up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth tracking and communication. Screening Support: Assist with early-stage screening by sending out online assessments and video interview invitations. Assessment Centre Admin: Prepare and send out invites and candidate packs for assessment centres. Logistics & Prep: Organise logistics for assessment days, including booking rooms and arranging catering when needed. On-the-Day Support: Help run assessment days by greeting candidates, checking documentation, processing expenses, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Offers and Onboarding Candidates Offer Management: Create and issue offer letters and contracts for all early careers hires, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with agreed terms. Right to Work Checks: Carry out right to work checks in line with legal and company requirements, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. Offer-Related Queries: Act as the main point of contact for any questions related to contracts and offers, providing clear and timely responses to candidates and internal stakeholders. Account Creation & Onboarding Support: Set up system accounts for new early careers joiners and support the onboarding process by identifying and liaising with relevant line Qualifications Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative environment, ideally within HR, recruitment, or early careers. Experience handling multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously, such as right to work checks, account creation, and coordination with various internal teams. Confident responding to a high volume of candidate and stakeholder queries, maintaining professionalism and consistency in communication. Familiarity with using HR systems, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage large volumes of candidate data and documentation.
