Payable Senior Associate Analyst, Inventory Accounting Analyst - Credit Assessment Analyst - DS Energy Acct Exchanges As Analyst for Downstream (DS) Energy, you will be performing and supporting the daily operations of the Hydrocarbon teams in one of the sub processes: Contracts & Pricing, Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation. The Analyst will proactively issue resolution to support E2E process and value chain in Hydrocarbon area and deliver assigned activities and drive for operational excellence within the team. Analyst - DS Energy Acct SRR As Analyst DS Energy SRR, you will perform and support the daily operations of the ERA/Hydrocarbon teams in one of the sub processes: Stock Recording & Reconciliation. Deliver assigned activities and drive for operational excellence within the team. Accounts Payable As a Project Associate – Accounts Payable, you will be accountable for processing of invoices in accordance with standard procedures set out in the standard AP Work Instruction as well as in the agreed-upon country specific guidelines. You are also expected to be able to respond to vendors and stakeholders inquiries timely and accurately. AP Senior Associate As an AP Senior Associate, you will handle timely and accurate processing of invoices – take ownership and initiative until transaction is successfully and accurately processed in accordance with standard procedures set out in the standard AP Work Instruction as well as in the agreed-upon country specific guidelines. Contract and Pricing Analyst As a Contract and Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for the manual contract creation and update for Supply Operations, and support the daily operations of the Hydrocarbon teams in Contracts & Pricing, HM Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation. Analyst, Inventory Accounting The Inventory Accounting Analyst is responsible for ensuring that beginning and closing inventory, deliveries and sales transactions that takes place at the retail stations are properly accounted from source through various ERPs to enable accurate and timely reconciliation. This role requires strong technical and operational capabilities to manage daily inventory accounting activities, monitor system performance, and execute business and financial controls effectively. Analyst, Credit Assessment The Credit Assessment Analyst is responsible for the risk assessment of customers and the establishment of credit limits, the analysis of the overall credit exposure, the recommendation of terms of credit and the negotiation and management of security necessary to support higher risk exposures. This role also provides approval of credit limits, within delegated authority and obtaining the necessary MOA approval for exposures exceeding authority, approval of risk categories, and release of blocked orders. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Open to fresh graduates up to 1 year of work experience in accounting/finance Possess basic Financial Accounting knowledge; Good English communication skills; Good in problem solving and has critical thinking skills; Computer literate - knowledge of SAP application, any accounting software and other Microsoft software is a plus.
