ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to develop engaging print and digital content that brings our Graduate EVP to life. If you have a flair for storytelling and a keen eye for design, we’d love to hear from you!

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Filming and editing engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Designing eye-catching digital and printed materials using Canva.
• Working alongside the early careers team to grow brand awareness.
• Creating and managing a social media content calendar, scheduling 2-3 Graduate recruitment related posts per week.
• Developing content strategies that appeal to a Graduate audience in the allied health sector.
• Monitoring social media trends and adjust content to maximise reach and engagement.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing messages across channels.
• Managing branding event registration and collateral.
