Location: Barrow-In-Furness; Cumbria: Working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am to 12:30pm on Fridays

The Early Careers Team:
You will join a dynamic and supportive team of professionals who are passionate about developing the next generation of Mechanical Fitters. The role involves assessing apprentices throughout their programme while also contributing to a range of early careers activities such as interviews, inductions and careers events. This is a rewarding opportunity to directly influence and shape young learners futures, helping them build solid foundations for successful careers. If you are not already a qualified assessor, full support will be provided to gain the relevant qualification. Working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am to 12:30pm on Fridays, offering a great work–life balance.
