  • Previous experience using WorkDay is an asset.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating and posting job adverts.
  • Reviewing and shortlisting CVs.
  • Conducting initial candidate screening calls.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews and managing interview diaries.
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide general administrative support for Early Career Events including career fairs, interview days, promotional events at TD Securities etc.,
  • Ensure Diversity and Inclusion framework is upheld throughout the recruitment process.
