Aon is looking for an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager to join our UK Talent Acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Early Careers recruitment and proven direct line management experience to lead our UK EC TA team. You’ll play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding exceptional early careers’ talent across our UK offices—from apprentices to graduates—while working closely with senior leaders and the Talent Development team to build a diverse and future-ready workforce.
This is a hybrid role based in London or one of our South East offices, offering flexible working arrangements. The position also involves occasional travel to Aon offices and early careers events across the UK.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Educated to Degree standard or equivalent
  • Experience in Early Careers or experienced hire recruitment
  • Knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and social sharing
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management
  • Comfortable managing a diverse workload with the ability to re-prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues
  • Ability to ensure all clients and candidates needs are met
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative to resolve queries in a timely and satisfactory way
Responsibilities
  • Partnering with People Leaders and business stakeholders to define and deliver EC hiring plans and inclusive attraction strategies.
  • Managing and coaching a team of EC Recruitment Business Partners and Specialists across the UK and Poland.
  • Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes—from attraction and assessment centres to onboarding—ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with the EC Development team and Aon Assessment Solutions to continuously improve selection practices.
  • Leading EC marketing and employer branding efforts, including online content, events, and university engagement.
  • Representing Aon at careers events and ensuring visibility of EC opportunities across platforms.
  • Working closely with Global TA and HR Operations to ensure seamless screening, administration, and onboarding
