Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates
  • Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring that DE&I is embedded in our processes and programs.
  • Facilitate an excellent candidate experience with lasting impact no matter what the outcome, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates
  • Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Sydney, cultivating strong relationships with your internal stakeholders
  • Maintain value led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations
  • Lead and present at a large number of internal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs, industry roundtables. Deploy our in-house early identification programs and attraction events, including assistance with program development, learning design and facilitation.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous talent acquisition experience.
  • A passion for, or exposure to, early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring.
  • Confidence communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Complex and creative problem-solving skills, embracing change and continuous learnin
