We are a warm, family-run service in Maroubra seeking Educators to fill roles in different rooms. These are full-time and part-times roles where you will have the chance to play a pivotal part in providing high-quality education and care. We have multiple interesting roles within our service.

We are looking for:

• Casual and part-time Educators either Certificate 3, Diploma or ECT
• Full-time Diploma or ECT Nursery Room Leader

All roles require experiences, a friendly and welcoming personality and someone who can be flexible with hours, immediate starts available.
What we are after in our Lead Educator - Nursery Room

Key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, implement and evaluate engaging programs and documentation
• Create a caring, stimulating environment for the babies
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families
• Guide and mentor other Educators in the room
• Ensure compliance with education, supervision and health and safety
• Contribute to the service Quality improvement plan

What we are looking for:

• Diploma (or higher) in Early childhood
• Ability to work full time hours on a rotating roster
• Proven experience leading a room and mentoring educators. Experience in 0-2 years a bonus
• Strong, confident communication
• Current WWCC, First Aid and Child protection

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
