JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Assistant Supply/On Call to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with disabilities. You will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters learning and growth.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) to support the implementation of daily programming and ensure the well-being and safety of children in our care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
• Up-to-date immunizations, including TB test (new one to be obtained)
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) or willingness to obtain one. (must be within 6 months or new one must be completed upon hire)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for working with young children.
