This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with young children and wants to grow within a supportive early education environment. Our school emphasizes play-based learning, positive relationships, and teamwork to help children feel confident, curious, and cared for every day. What You’ll Do Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and transitions Support children through play, learning centers, and structured routines Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment Participate in snack/mealtime, diapering or toileting, and rest periods as needed Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Follow center procedures and New York childcare licensing requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Experience with children in a daycare, preschool, camp, or similar setting preferred Interest in early childhood education (ECE coursework a plus) CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Reliable, patient, and team-oriented Why Join The Learning Experience?
