POSITION OVERVIEW

Join the exciting journey of our Rockdale service, catering for 79 children across three beautiful learning rooms. As a Room Leader, you will take the lead in your room’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality education, strong routines, and a warm, inclusive environment. You’ll guide and inspire your team of educators to deliver engaging programs that nurture each child’s growth and development.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Room Leader or strong interest in taking on a leadership role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection training/certificate
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for creating inspiring, engaging learning environments
