About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Disabilities Coordinator to join our team in Indiantown, FL. In this role, you will provide supervision, support, training, and technical assistance for classroom staff in support of quality early childhood education services.  Minimum Qualifications: *  Bachelors in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development, Special Education, Early Intervention, or related field with 6 courses (18 credits) in early childhood education; Head Start, supervisory and related years of experience. * Experience working with children with disabilities in an educational setting Preferred Qualifications: * Masters in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development, Special Education, Early Intervention, or related field with 6 courses (18 credits) in early childhood education; Head Start, supervisory and related years of experience. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. * Experience providing training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with children  Responsibilities: * Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans for each child * Provide training and support to teachers and staff on best practices for working with young children  * Recruit, screen, interview, and hire classroom staff in cooperation with Campus Director and appropriate staff following guidelines established in ECMHSP’s Personnel Policies. Address disciplinary issues and conduct performance appraisals according to ECMHSP policies and guidelines.
