You have a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and 8+ years of Director/Administrator experience in a public, corporate, or private early childhood care facility. You possess a deep understanding of supervision practices and policies in childcare centers. You are already an expert. Robson Forensic will train you to be a forensic expert.    As an Early Childhood Education Forensic Expert, you will: * Investigate early childhood facility and/or home-based program injuries, incidents, and abuse. * Analyze site procedures, applying your comprehensive knowledge of standards and practices. * Write clear, scientifically sound reports. * Provide expert testimony.   You will delve into the "why" behind incidents, critically assessing decision-making, operational procedures, and the standard of care. This role offers you a chance to: * Use your cumulative training, experience, and critical thinking skills. * Collaborate with highly respected experts. * Continuously learn and grow. * Make a tangible difference.   Location: Las Vegas, NV & Dallas/Fort Worth/Irving, TX    REQUIREMENTS: * You have a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education & your elementary/special education experience is a plus. * You have 8+ years of Director/Administrator experience in a facility for early childhood care and in-depth knowledge of childcare licensing regulations. * You have experience with early childhood (including infant-toddler) populations. * You have experience investigating incidents related to staff misconduct, including suspected physical or sexual assaults, child abuse, or child injury. * Your experience with private, faith-based, in-home childcare, and/or special education populations is a plus. * You can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * You have excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills. * You are willing to travel about 20% on average. * You have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive. * Prior forensic experience is not required.
