Our program focuses on building early academic skills, confidence, social development, and independence through hands-on, play-based learning. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys creating a structured but joyful classroom where children ages 3–5 can learn, explore, and thrive. Responsibilities
The teacher will be responsible for creating and leading a positive, well-organized preschool classroom, delivering engaging lessons using the established curriculum, and supporting key developmental areas like literacy and math for children aged 3–5. They must also build strong relationships with families and ensure the classroom adheres to all Massachusetts EEC health and safety standards.
