This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys supporting toddlers as they develop independence, communication skills, and early social confidence in a structured, play-based setting. Our toddler program emphasizes consistent routines, positive guidance, and hands-on learning experiences that support developmental milestones. Key Responsibilities: Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment Deliver daily lessons aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
