WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
  • Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development, early learning principles, and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering the growth and wellbeing of young children
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification

ABOUT THE ROLE

Brilliant Kidz Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in East Hills, NSW. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our vibrant early learning centre. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team committed to nurturing the growth and development of young minds.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Fostering a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that promotes children’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Observing and assessing children’s progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences to individual needs
  • Collaborating with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships and support the holistic development of each child
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per regulatory requirements
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your skills and knowledge

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of passionate educators.
  • Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Building strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community.
