Bright Buttons Banora Point is a four-room 66 place service which caters for children from 6 months through to school age. The facilities are modern, functional in design with child safety in mind, and exude an earthy ambience with plenty of natural items. We are seeking dedicated Certificate III or Diploma qualified educators and an Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team. You'll play a vital role in shaping their early experiences, nurturing their curiosity, and helping them build strong foundations for lifelong learning.

Key responsibilities

• Work with our qualified and experienced Preschool teachers in creating safe, nurturing environments where every child feels valued, heard, and protected
• Uphold and actively promote child-safe practices in accordance with the Centre's policies, procedures and the Child Safe Standards
• Support children's early experiences and help build strong foundations for lifelong learning

About you

• Certificate III or Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education
• Early Childhood Teacher qualification (for ECT role)
• First aid, anaphylaxis, asthma and child protection qualifications
• Creativity, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
• Available to work 4-5 days per week
• Experienced or newly graduated teachers encouraged to apply
• Experienced or newly qualified Certificate III or Diploma qualified educators encouraged to apply

EXPERIENCED or NEW GRADUATE TEACHERS encouraged to apply

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to work with qualified and experienced Preschool teachers. Diploma qualified educators currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), as well as newly graduated teachers are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate would be available to work 4-5 days per week.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR

We are also seeking Diploma and Certificate III qualified educators to join our team. This position will be well supported by experienced and caring team members, who understand that the best results are achieved when working collaboratively. The ideal candidate would be available to work 4-5 days per week.
