POSITION SUMMARY

The Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) supports a nurturing learning environment, assisting in the implementation of a Montessori-inspired curriculum under the guidance of a Certified ECE. Reporting to the Director of Preschool, this role involves engaging with children, using positive behavior guidance, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering strong relationships with families. The ECEA collaborates with colleagues to create a supportive preschool community and contributes to professional development initiatives.
