OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their growth and development through engaging activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred.
  • Background in early childhood education or related fields such as special education or childhood development is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom experience are essential.
  • Familiarity with Montessori methods or behavior management techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
  • Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other disabilities is beneficial.
