JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to engage with children effectively. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in English and Punjabi, are encouraged to apply.

EXPERIENCE

• A certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks and lesson planning.
• Leadership qualities that inspire students and foster teamwork among staff members.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
• Assess children’s progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those of children with disabilities or special educational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
