You will design and evaluate play-based programmes that promote children’s agency, wellbeing, and learning within an inclusive environment. You will collaborate with a skilled team, engage families, and contribute to continuous improvement across the centre. What you will deliver: Design, implement, and evaluate play-based learning programmes aligned with national curriculum frameworks and individual children’s strengths. Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing through active supervision, risk awareness, and adherence to regulatory and child-safe standards. Document learning through observations, assessments, and records that meet National Quality Framework and centre expectations. Create engaging, aesthetically rich indoor and outdoor environments that extend children’s play, exploration, and relationships. Collaborate with colleagues and families to build respectful partnerships and continuously reflect on practice and pedagogy. You may be a great fit if you: Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification in early childhood education and a current Working with Children Check. Bring experience working in an approved education and care service as part of a collaborative team. Maintain current HLTAID012 first aid certification, including anaphylaxis, asthma, mandatory reporting and National Child Safety training. Apply the National Quality Standards, Education and Care law, and Early Years Learning Framework in daily practice. Demonstrate knowledge of Victorian frameworks, Child Safe Standards, and relevant privacy and food safety legislation. Use strong written, verbal, and digital skills to document learning and communicate effectively with families and colleagues. For further information please refer to the attached PD.
