JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management, administrative duties, creating engaging environments, promoting a healthy team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Early Childhood Education Diploma (Level 3) required.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Management or previous Director experience required.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities within a classroom setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the growth of young children.
    ** Wage is based on experience and credentials.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $28.65-$35.65 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
