The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management, administrative duties, creating engaging environments, promoting a healthy team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Early Childhood Education Diploma (Level 3) required.
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Management or previous Director experience required.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities within a classroom setting.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the growth of young children.

  Pay: $28.65-$35.65 per hour
  Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

• Assist room leads to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Manage parent communication and maintain parent relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive classroom that accommodates diverse learning needs.
• Ensure classroom safety by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Utilize effective time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities with administrative tasks.
