JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering positive relationships with students, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s development.

SKILLS

  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire young learners.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse families.
  • Proficient writing skills for creating lesson plans and communicating effectively with parents.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Ability to educate children using various teaching methods tailored to different learning styles.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Familiarity with computer operation for administrative tasks such as record keeping and lesson planning.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early learning and development.
  • Educate children in various subjects, including language, math, science, and social skills through play-based activities.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a supportive learning environment.
  • Provide leadership within the classroom by modeling positive behavior and encouraging teamwork among students.
  • Monitor children’s progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those of children with disabilities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes exploration and creativity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience.
