The Opportunity

We are looking for passionate and qualified Early Years Educators and Arabic Teachers to join our team in Dubai.

We Are Looking For Educators Who:

· Are passionate about early childhood education and child development.

· Create warm, secure and stimulating environments where children feel valued and confident.

· Understand and effectively implement the EYFS framework and Characteristics of Effective Learning.

· Use play, exploration, inquiry and meaningful interactions to support children's learning.

· Plan engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that respond to individual children’s interests and developmental needs.

· Understand the importance of observation, assessment and documenting children’s learning journeys.

· Promote positive behaviour, independence, communication and social-emotional development.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain strong professional relationships with parents.

· Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, health and wellbeing.

· Are reflective practitioners who are open to continuous learning and professional development.

· Bring energy, creativity, patience and a positive attitude to the classroom.

Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.

· CACHE Level 3 or an equivalent recognised Early Years qualification is required.

· Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool or early years setting.

· Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development.

· Experience working with children from birth to 5 years will be an advantage.

· UAE nursery experience and knowledge of KHDA requirements will be highly valued.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Arabic language proficiency is essential for Arabic Teacher positions.

· Bilingual Arabic & English educators are strongly preferred.

· Candidates who are immediately available to join will be given preference.

Nursery Nurse

• We are looking for a caring, responsible and qualified Nursery Nurse to support children’s health, safety, wellbeing and day-to-day care within our early childhood setting.
