JOB OVERVIEW

Maven lane is seeking a n experienced, motivated, creative, personable educator minimum qualification- ECE or ECE-IT (3 Plus years) with strong leadership skill and experience. Our team needs a passionate Educator/program coordinator to support our other educators in maintaining our high standards of care and education. The program coordinators are responsible for ensuring all teams receive the information, equipment, strategies and support needed to provide services in keeping with Maven Lane standards.
Our three program coordinators will spend their days at our 4 locations-Vernon, Coldstream and Lavington on a 3-week rotation. They will spend their days in ensuring programs have what is needed to maintain our high-quality care provision. There is a general focus on: -
Each program coordinator will have a specific area of focus. We are looking for an experienced educator with a keen eye for details, a passion for beautiful environments and ability to maintain quality control.
Qualifications and Duties

MUST HAVE: MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN ECE OR ECE-IT- (NO ECEA PLEASE)

• Proven experience in a childcare setting in supervisory role preferred
• Assisting staffs with environment challenges
• Supporting Behaviour management
• Team strong dynamics
• Ensuring quality service provision
• Team collaboration
• Service Logistics
• Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience in administrative roles with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
• Ability to educate others through training sessions or workshops is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in supervising staff or volunteers is a plus.
• Site surveys for quality control
• Monitoring consistent centre wide standards
• Facilitating Clean/healthy environments
• Troubleshooting environment needs

Valid ECE/IT Certificate
Valid Level C First Aid
