ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Full Time or Part time
• Flexible working arrangement options for Full Time
• Minimum qualification - Certificate 3 or Diploma of Children's Services

WITH A TEAM-BASED APPROACH, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Providing a quality & innovative educational program for children
• Providing high quality care at all times
• Providing clear and open communication with families and staff
• Providing & maintaining a nurturing environment
• Role modeling and promoting the Kardinia Values and Philosophy
• Providing consistent, nurturing, and respectful care for children under 3 years

YOU WILL HAVE:

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• A calm and nurturing nature
• Commitment to best practice
• Passion for early childhood education and for working with children aged 0-3 years
