You are the face of the company! * Build relationships with co-workers, families, and the community by creating trust and always acting with integrity. * Be accountable and take pride in the company. * Design and deliver childcare programs that are in line with Summit core values and principles * Continue to strive for excellence by participating in Professional Development training and being up to date on best practices in childcare. * Always ensure that the facility is hygienic, safe and healthy for children * Be knowledgeable of and adhere to licensing standards at all times. Requirements: * Alberta Childcare Level 2 or 3 Certification.
