Two Hills Play Development is a division of the non profit, charitable society Vermilion Play Development.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must love working children. Team work and valuing an inclusive philosophy when working with children is essential for this position.
Preference will be given to applicants with education, certification and experience in this field. All applicants are required to have a criminal record check including vulnerable sector search and an intervention check before starting. First aid will be required or supplied by employer.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs for children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning environment.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere, ensuring compliance with the Alberta Early Learning Regulation and Act
• Manage classroom activities and maintain organization to facilitate effective learning experiences.
