Angel Wings Daycare is committed to providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where toddlers can grow, learn, and thrive. We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our team and support our toddler classroom.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Early Childhood Educator in a support role, you will assist in implementing developmentally appropriate activities and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment. You will help ensure smooth daily operations while supporting the learning and development of toddlers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification.
  • Experience in toddler or early childhood education settings.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable balancing teaching support and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to use computers and educational software.
  • Residency in Cochrane or willingness to commute.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Montessori teaching experience.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development strategies specific to toddlers.
  • Experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds.
