Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on EYFS or nursery curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress
• Maintain health, safety, and child protection standards at all times
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s development
• Encourage creativity, independence, and positive behavior
• Organize classroom materials and maintain cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management

Requirements (UAE Standard):

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field
• CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) – preferred/required in UAE nurseries
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursery or early years experience
• Knowledge of EYFS framework or similar curriculum
• Excellent communication skills (English required)
• Passion for working with young children
